Hello there guys, can someone help me unlocking my phone bootloader. Whenever i try to unlock my phone using the app that provided (The Unlock Tool) there's a error showing that error in my network, but my internet is fine. Please help me (Sorry for my bad grammar)

2. Firmware Version: WW_21.40.0.2214
3. Rooted or not: Rooted
4. Frequency of Occurrence: I don't know
5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): UNLOCK DEVICE TOOL
