Right USB Port can't be used for Bluetooth mouse

- System: Windows 10
- Battery or AC: Both
- Model: ASUS Vivobook A442U
- Frequency of occurrence: Always

Detailed description:
My right USB Port cannot be used for bluetooth mouse. The port can still read harddisk, and other USB, and ever transfer files. I tried to check the mouse driver in the device manager and it is already the latest one. I also tried to change my mouse (both logitech) and the result is still the same, so I plugged in the mouse in the other port and it works well. In the device manager, there is no problem in the device properties ("Device is working properly")

Hello Brain,
The 2 USB A ports are different, one is USB2.0, one is USB 3.0,
you may double check the requirement of the bluetooth mouse.
Thank you.
I usually use the right USB port and it is working well with my mouse (since the first time I bought my laptop, I have been using the right USB port). But recently I need to move it to the left one in order to use my mouse.
