Detailed description:

My right USB Port cannot be used for bluetooth mouse. The port can still read harddisk, and other USB, and ever transfer files. I tried to check the mouse driver in the device manager and it is already the latest one. I also tried to change my mouse (both logitech) and the result is still the same, so I plugged in the mouse in the other port and it works well. In the device manager, there is no problem in the device properties ("Device is working properly")

  • Hello Brain,

The 2 USB A ports are different, one is USB2.0, one is USB 3.0,

you may double check the requirement of the bluetooth mouse.

    Thank you.

  • I usually use the right USB port and it is working well with my mouse (since the first time I bought my laptop, I have been using the right USB port). But recently I need to move it to the left one in order to use my mouse.
