Hi, phone screen is cracked from the inside and the phone needs to be given for repair. How can I take a backup of the phone?

Comments

  • If u connect it via usb to the pc, it should pop up.

  • Connected it via USB and it just pops up as an external device. I can't unlock it since the screen isn't working.

  • There is no way you can backup your phone.. I suggest you to go to local mobile repair shop and stand beside them while repairing your mobile.

  • Hi, sorry to hear about this.

Kindly visit the nearest service center:

Due to the lockdown, service centers may not be functional. Kindly call the service center before you visit one.

They can tell you about the possibility.

This same thing happened to me in march.

So what I did is when I dropped my phone on the ground the display started to black out from the corner.

At that moment I quickly disabled my fingerprint and pattern lock.

Then quickly installed vysor(just download it on pc and plug usb in your phone)

A display pops up u just have to press ok in your phone.

Thats it ur mobile display is now in your pc monitor.

Now take all the backups u need and dont even think of disconnecting usb unless you are satisfied with your backup.

Vysor free version's resolution is too low. just search youtube how to get vysor pro version. Its quite easy.

After 6 months of this corona pandemic time yesterday I fixed my display.

I just brought it back to light.
