Never unlocked it before, trying for the first time.

  2. Firmware Version: WW_171810.2008.171
  3. Rooted or not: No
  4. Frequency of Occurrence: Always
  5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Unlock device tool and version 9.2.0.0_200807
