Flickering non stop

This pad is not rooted,And tthe flickering starts when thec pad is turn on.

Thank you for your asking. Has the device ever been fallen or broken before? Also, please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

the tab have not been damaged or broken.

and i have tried "factory reset" several times. the result have been the same. is this a hardware or software? because it suddenly just decided to jump then i tried to update the software then reset it without any success. pls advise.
