Update firmware on 5th August 2020

Hi, why is the latest update on August were removed from the website? Is there something buggy since I've downloaded the latest firmware... If there is bug I won't install that...

  • I am from Malaysia, and on the website the updated firmware on 5th of August not available any more ... Only kernel source code for 5th August available..

  • I updated my phone three days ago, all working fine...though, the update disappeared also here in Italy...🤔

    I have an issue with the latest update. There are several times that i cant touch any apps on my screen. And when i leave my phone wifi hot spot ON over night or too long, the connection seems to hang and disconnects. And when i get to the app setting, the hotspot switch cant be touch or switch to turn on.

    Thank you for your reply. If the issue has appeared right after the firmware update, please try "the Factory Reset" 

    Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)

    Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.


    If the situation remains the same after the Factory Reset, I may need you to provide me a video and the logs for further checking.
