Usb connectivity

My usb not accepting data transfer option, with also not working. Kindly prefer a solution for that. My current Androids version is 6.0, plz sent link to download latest fireware

    1.  Name of the Asus device you are using.

    2.  Firmware version your device is on.

    3. Elaborate more on your concern.

    4 . Try using different USB cable and see if it works.
