Why ASUS 5Z wide-angle camera has stopped functioning?

I'm happy with my Asus 5z in lots of ways but some days back I tried to capture a moment using a wide angle camera but nothing happens and the camera hangs out, the normal camera also stopped working. So I recorded the issue ⚠️ with the wide-angle camera on my Asus zenfone 5Z and sharing it with you. Pl arrange to resolve that glitch.
