zenfone max pro m2 stuck in logo & can't flash

    Asus won't help you with that. But if you want you can for some time power it on. Actually i thunk you can do it by most of the time, but sometimes phone will suddenly shut off and you will have to do the same combination:

    1) when you see the android logo as it shows fast click Volume UP, Volume Down and Power button nearly at the same time in this order. Then phone will shutdown for a while and restart and voila

    2) sometimes it was working for me:

    When you see ASUS logo hold the power button for like 8-10 sec and hold off

    Thank you for your asking. Please try following steps to access recovery mode for the Factory Reset:

    0. Try to back up your data with USB cable

    1. Keep pressing "volume down key"

    2. Press "power key" and stop press " power key" once you feel the vibration

    3. Still keep pressing "volume down key" and stop press "volume down key" once you enter [Android Recovery] Screen

    4. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset">"Factory data reset"

    5. "Reboot system now"
