I have Zenfone Maxpro M1 which recently started a weird behaviour. it is not charging when I put it on charge as I'm using official Charger and Cable provided by company.

Built Number 082, May update.
Kindly help me.

i have too this problem and its weird
everything like hardware and charger is ok but shows charging but not charging

Hi there, kindly follow the below steps:
1 . Kindly try using another charger and see if it helps.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue

4. Last option would be to visit the service center to have
a check. Locate here: https://www.asus.com/in/support/Service-Center/India
