Detailed description:USB C to HDMI does not work tried with multiple devices (Type C to HDMI adapter, Type C HUB with HDMI output). It always says 'Unknown USB Device (Port Reset failed)'. Try updating 'Intel(R) USB 3.1 eXtensible Host controller- 1.10' drivers and it is the latest drivers.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Or a compatible HDMI adapter for ZenBook (UX433FA).

Does anyone else who own ZenBook (UX433FA) has issues with USB C port to HDMI connection? Or is it just me having a bad luck? 🙁
Hello lakthinda,
The USB C port on this model does not support display export.
Please use the HDMI port directly.
Thank you.
I have exact same issue with my new Asus ZenBook. If the USB C port doesn't work, what hub or docking station do you recommend? I can't use a single hdmi, as I need to connect two monitors.
Thanks.
Hello AKBLUE,
You would need a dongle or hub that has external graphic card inside, to help with the display export.
I'm sorry that there is no recommendation on third-party accessories.
Thank you.
