Zephyrus G14 getting poor battery life

Detailed description：

I purchased my Zephyrus G14 yesterday and initially it was telling me I had about 4 hours of battery life. But after watching reviews I see people getting 9-10 hours. I am not sure if there is something wrong with mine 🤔
