3. Rooted or not: Not Rooted
4. Frequency of Occurrence: 2
5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):

Firstlt it took 30+ minutes and I was first using mobile data but switched too wifi hoping that it will take less time. But there's no improvement. It is still stuck on "Adding finishing touches"
