Register my phone...

I had an mail id with which I had registered mu asus phone but after the format I have lost that I'd and I want to register my phone in other I'd with which I'm careful not to loose again...how to do that...please help

    simply login to the asus main website and in the login click forget password and enter the email id, u will get the password change link try it ones

    I don't even remember the mail id...what to do now?
