Check if file you download corrupt or not, check the size of fw on your device and on web. Make sure its same size.

Thank you for your asking. Which firmware version do you want to update. In order to update from Android O to Android P, please make sure that your Android O is the previous version of the first Android P version. Kindly refer to the steps below
Your current version> auto-update to WW-14.02.1809.69> manual update to WW-15.02.1810.347> auto-update to WW-15.02.1904.453> manual update to WW-16.02.1905.435
The guide above is only for the firmware update guide, yet you can choose to stop at any firmware version you preferred.
