1. Could you tell us the name of the carriers you've tried that have this problem? Will the phone work with other SIM card?
2. Which SMS app you use? Also, please provide the app version.
3. If you could not send SMS in tripartite apps, are you using via the Internet(4G), the Wi-Fi, or both? Will it work with other Internet chnnel? Does the phone operate in the stable signal? Where?
4. Could you receive/send calling and text?
5. Please check if the phone storage is ok. Settings>Storage & memory
6. Did the phone break or fall before?
7. Could function work in "Safe Mode"? If the function works in Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.
