Primary camera on zenfone 5z is not working after last security update of March 2020. It takes blur images. Focus is not working. Already tried in safe mode still not working. Hardware is fine. Reset the camera settings. Tried tapping around camera nothing helps. Asus fix this issue. I can see many are facing same issue .

Did you try factory data reset?
If not go for it by taking ur imp data backup and see weather camera autofocus issue gets fixed
If still issue exists even after factory data reset than it is hardware issue this happens due to OIS or autofocus motor mechanism damaged inside camera module
Kindly take your device to nearest service centre to get issue resolved after lockdown is lifted

Did you try factory data reset ?
If not go for it by backing up all your imp data and see if autofocus problem gets fixed
Even after factory data reset if issue exists than
Most probably this is hardware problem as OIS or focusing motor mechanism may have got damaged inside camera module
Kindly take your device to nearest service centre and get ur problem solved

@amitgarde3 Service centre without checking what actual problem with phone they simply told you have to change your camera hardware cost around Rs.4700. I don't know why I never drop my zenfone 5z why this blur problem occur. I face this problem after.70 update. I try factory reset also nothing work.

Sad but unfortunately replacing camera module is the only hope to get back ur working camera
It is clearly hardware issue so service centre may have asked you to replace camera module no software can fix mechanism issues something may have triggered which is impossible to fix manually by service centre so they will offer a direct replacement
