Fast charging stopped

After .153 update fast charging literally stopped I don't know why, I did all what I suppose to do, "all" means all, but nothing improvement this will fix after a proper update only or else revert the updated, and I found some stupid explanations and solutions in others issues this not the first time ever time, zen team giving updates regularly and I appreciate that too, but update with issues is not appreciable, and that won't deserves.

I need a proper solution and maintain some worthy staff of development and testing team.

    EVEN I AM FACING ISSUES SINCE THE LAST UPDATE. I HAVE EVEN GOT THREE NEW CABLE. ASUS IS NOT READY TO ACCEPT THAT ITA THEIR FIRMWARE ISSUE.

  • And charge input also I left the mobile charge at "0" percentage, after 1 and 1/2 hours time it's only 18% how long should we take to get the battery full,

    I actually lost one asus6z at Jan 13 and next day I bought a new asus6z I have that much love with device I have two adopters both are at same performance and they are doing good with other brand devices using by friends and family when come my device it's literally fucking and I'm sitting at plug point to use all the time.

    I have faced the same issue in the past. The best workaround is discard the Asus charger and use third party adapter like Samsung AFC or Ausmo. Note: 18w is the maximum limit on this phone. Further, I would suggest you to buy fast charging data cable too. Ausmo makes excellent accessories which I'm currently using.

  • If it's work with other brand products what is the use of buying this I should buy othe brands at thi price range of 32000.

    Finally u saying that this product is waste of time and money I better get any other brand devices.

    Read before you write. You can claim for replacement if the accessories are within the stipulated time. In my case I got replacement for earphone when they were in warranty.

    I'm just suggesting you a viable option since the Asus accessories are not existential in the market unless you take the pain to get in touch with the customer support. You are not the only one who paid for the device. We all did. Btw, I'm just a user just like you trying to help - not affiliation to Asus whatsoever.

    PLEASE DONT BUY ANOTHER CHARGER IT IS A SOFTWARE ISSUE MANY PEOPLE ARE FACING I HAVE THREE FAST CHARGERS THE ISSUE IS WITH THE FIRMWARE. DONT WASTE ANY MORE MONEY. ASUS PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE FOR ONCE.

  • Lets see if I understand you correctly. Your phone won't charge with either of your ASUS chargers but it charges just fine with other chargers?

  • Hi I bought my device on Jan 15th In my headphones left ear peace is not working and recently my charger usb cable stopped fast charging. I need replacement you know how to, please help me.

  • If its under warranty which 6 months for accesories visit nearest service center and get it replaced ASAP

    Same issue here, but i cant replace because warranty expired, very low quality earphones and USB cable hardly survived one year!

    I am faceing the same issue since last week. I tried all the solutions mentioned above, But no use. Sometimes it charges fast and sometimes fast charge will not work. Please take care of the issue. I really don't want this issue to be a permanent issue.

    Go to your nearest service centres with your receipt, if you don't have any service centre in your city then get in touch with them via twitter.
