Can you please help us. My Asus X00PD Mobilemicro sd card problem corrupted all my files, i try to format my phone Asus mobile and also my micro sd card, but nothing happen, all files deleted again ,
SD card is working properly in other phone and laptop. But not working with my Asus mobile. All SD card get deleted automatically.
And problem with captured images and video of mobile also , phone encrypt all pics and video and i am unable to use my mobile cam and video from date of purchasing.
Please help us to fix this problem.

Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.
