No me acuerdo de como bloqueé las aplicaciones y no encuentro esa opción para bloquear una aplicación, donde se encuentra esa opción sean específicos porfa

Are you asking for "Force Stop" or "Uninstall" apps? Kindly check
Settings>Apps & notifications>See all>App info>the App you want>Force Stop/Uninstall
