I am talking about the no charging issue, and when pinching on the back then only it charges. What did they repair for that issue?
nahh they repaired only the no service issue
but sometimes i pinch at back charging works
I am facing charging issue and charges when pinching, what will they repair for it? Seems like charging port is fine as the phone won't even charge if the issue had been with the charging port.
i think its problem of loose connection of cables
cuz when we pinch the connection gets complete or gets attach to the supply
service centres will only open you back panel and fix the wire thats it not any part they can put and normal service charge is 200- 400
Full review of mine using Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 after 1 year...
Asus have not mentioned any screen protection for this mobile because it doesn't have any. I mean seriously you guys should atleast give older version of gorilla glass but they have used some cheap glass. So after 2 months my phone fell from 2 feet height and screen got damaged due to no protection given by them. After that I faced many software issues like phone got stuck sometime on clicking home button. And now after 1 year my phone's battery is swollen and it's damaging screen but I can do nothing because there is lockdown. So purchase any brand Mobile just don't go for ASUS .
Bro are you on telegram?
nope bruhh I'm on ig
yeppp so many malfunction in Asus
so never go with asus now
Ok ID give. Wanna chat serious
as i found solution if your mobile is not charging
just pinch at back right side of asus logo or down to the same side this worked me
if non of this worked
pinch the whole device from back slightly
This brand my worst experience
This brand my best experience, i think you haven't try Xiaomi or Samsung.
I like Asus products I always buy Asus motherboards, videocards, monitor, and also the zenfone5 no problem with their products.
This is just childish and ignorant whining. Attention seeking, impatient, stupid, you all need to freaking STOP. Asus has a much better support especially when it comes to their software policy than other brands.
Never had any issues with any Zenfone. I had Zenfone 2 (5 years and it's still working, but I'm not the owner anymore), Zenfone 3 (3 years and it's still working without issues, my cousin is using it now), Zenfone 5z which I used for 1 year and a bit and again 0 issues...and now I'm using Zenfone 6 since 2 months and no issues yet.
Instead of being childish and whining on forums, you might try to contact support or go to a service center to fix your phone issues. Every phone can have issues, it's not like if you switch to Samsung or whatever other company there won't be a chance for the phone you buy to have issues. Remember Galaxy Note 7? At least your Asus phone doesn't explode and at least Asus doesn't make phones slower over time like Apple and Samsung do.
