Asus max Pro M1, ASUS_X0 its battery is not properly work, there is no service centers near my city

    i had tried to found out new battery from AMZON, and FLIPCARt but review of battery is negative , so not purchased . service centers are far from my city, no service centers available near my city. i have write about it to ASUS authority. now ASUS_X00TD mobile i have to through in dust-bean.

    Furthermore, what kind of battery issue are you facing? Is there any zone heating up while using/idling? How long does the battery be used?

    Before sending your units to repair center, I came up some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips for you to try on

    1. Enter "Safe Mode" and leave a 80%-100% phone in sleep(idle) mode in a night.

    If the battery works well in "Safe Mode", please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party Apps.

    2. If the issue remain the same in "Safe Mode", please try "the Factory Reset"

    Settings>System>Reset options>Factory data reset

    Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
