  2. Firmware Version: WW-17.00.2003.23
  3. Rooted or not :no
  4. Frequency of Occurrence:all time
  5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): unlockapp 9.1.0.11. Phone just restarts when used asus unlock tool to unlock

    Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:

    1. Clear system cache.

    2. Try the same under safe mode:

    Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode

    3. If still you face the issue factory reset your phone after taking a full backup.

    Sir I cleared the system cache

    unlock app is not shown in safe mode

    I have already tried factory reset and unlocking but still the problem persists
