ASUS MAX PRO M2 SOFTWARE PROBLEM

I have Purchased asus max pro m2 on december 2018, and within 1.5 years mobile is facing software issue , when i showed my mobile to asus customer care, after diagnoses they are not able to repair software problem, i said them this problem occurs after updating latest system update as provided by asus then they refused saying that you should use wifi for updating system update instead of updating on mobile data....

This is my first and i think last product from asus as first impression is the last impression and service centers are not able to repair their innovative product...

it is better for asus to make and create products that last minimum 4-5 years instead of just 1years , now your product is like dead after warranty ending...

and if you can't able to provide good Service after sale don't Sell your products in india because in india our 80% of population don't have money to waste on mobile every year.........

ITS REALLY A BIG FAULT FROM ASUS....
