phone died before one year

The phone died and it seems to be needed to creat a discussion bc there is no communication at all in asus website. The phone number doesn't work and i just can find a shop where i can bring my pphone to be checked. Is that right?


I need my pretty new phone to go back to life!

    Sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please check if you could still transfer data to PC via USB cable and try to back up data.

    Please try following steps to access recovery mode.

    1. Keep pressing "volume down key"

    2. Press "power key" and stop press " power key" once you feel the vibration

    3. Still keep pressing "volume down key" and stop press "volume down key" once you enter [Android Recovery] Screen

    4. Choose "Wipe data/factory reset"
