    Hi S.Kayal,

    1. Is the battery drain problem appearing in use or sleep mode?
      1.  To monitor the battery usage, please go to Settings>>Battery>>More>>Battery usage, and stop or reinstall the high battery usage apps.
      2. These are our suggestions to improve the battery drain problem:
      3.  These are our tips to maintain a healthy battery using habit:
      4. If your phone is over one year of use, you may go to service center to check the battery health (life cycle remain), and check if replacing a new battery is needed.
    2. Please try removing the previous face & fingerprint data and set them up again. If the behavior still remains, please tell us how long it takes to unlock/ screen on or off/ short video of the problem/ was the behavior same in previous versions?
    3. Google Search bar cannot be moved > this is the Android 10 AOSP system original design. To ensure system performance and stability, we will keep maintaining Google AOSP system design settings synchronously on ZenFone Max Pro M1.Sorry for any inconvenience and we appreciate your support for ASUS products.
    4. Please tell us during what kinds of actions do the UI crash. Please show us a short video of the problem.
    5. We would like to understand whether you're using the ASUS original charger. We suggest that you try with new cables and check again. Please also note that "fast charging/charging rapidly" appears after a few minutes when you plug in your charger. Please make sure to check your lock screen after a few minutes. Furthermore, there are some scenarios that may affect the fast charging status: 
      1. If the system is under high resource usage (high temp) or the battery level is over 85%, the device will trigger a protection mechanism, which lowers the charging current.
      2. Check if there is some object or stain in the charging port. We recommend to use a soft brush to clean the charging port.
      3. We recommend to test charging in safe mode. How to enter safe mode: If in safe mode, the problem is not observed, the system performance may be affected by 3rd apps. We recommend to factory reset the system.  If the charging status is still unstable in safe mode, we recommend to go to repair center for further checking. 
    6. Could you tell us how the restart issue happens? If the restart continues to appear, we would advise that you have the unit sent in for an assessment and servicing where necessary. The link below will help in finding your local service center:

    8. Does this slow performance problem appear during any specific app or any part of the system? Could you show us a short video of the problem?
