Detailed description：
on 14th May 2020, i downloaded Windows 10 2004 64bit build no 19041.208 iso file and I installed top of existing windows 10 1909 64bit 18363.836.
I run setup.exe by extracted iso file, upgraded successfully without errors, it took 45minutes to complete.
All my existing personal files and applications are not deleted, All files are safe.
i checked in winver.exe, i could not able to find the sentence like " Windows 10 insider preview " .
Also, i checked activation status, the license is activated with a digital license and linked to Microsoft account.
After windows detected updates and installed automatically installed v19041.264
