Camera issue with my Asus Zenfone 4 max

I can't take any pictures since few weeks, I've already tried to clear cache, start in safe mode...
However the strange thing is that sometimes my camera works for few seconds or minutes before a black screen.
If anyone already met this bug please help me

1. Your model name. Since we have ZenFone 4 Max (ZC520KL/ZC554KL) and ZenFone 4 Pro (ZS551KL), please check Setting>System>About Phone>Model

Setting >System>About Phone>Software information>Build Number
If you try to update to the latest version, does the issue still remain?
3. Re-open the camera app

There is an issue I downloaded the last version in zip (1907.519), I move it to my internal storage and then reboot my phone but it doesn't detect a system file

If your problem is just WW-15.2016.1809.412>WW-15.2016.1907.519,
could you check weather you could operate Auto Update from WW-15.2016.1809.412 to WW-15.2016.1907.519?
Settings>System>System updates
Also, please make sure the phone has at least 15% battery power level.

@Christine_ASUS Sorry for the delay what is the most recent update ? On the website I see Version WW-AOSP-16.0200.1907.28 or BICAM
And I downloaded like 5 different versions none worked (zip in internal storage...)

I have 2016.1907.519 now and my camera is still not working even in safe mode
I have no warrant now I think so how much would it cost ?
