Near field communication (NFC) is the set of protocols that enables smartphones and other devices to establish radio communication with each other by touching the devices together or bringing them into proximity to a distance of typically 10 cm (3.9 in) or less.
Enabling NFC
Enable NFC in Settings ＞ Connected devices > NFC
Transferring files
1. Enable Android Beam in Settings ＞ Connected devices > Android Beam
2. Open a picture (take Gallery for example) > Tap Sharing icon > Android Beam
2. Tap another device as shown below to transfer your files.
