  • same is happening with me too from last two weeks or so

We have to wait till locdown lift, so can check our device to service centre

  • My phone didn't take charge when it reaches at 60% ,I think after April update my problem was solved ,but no I am suffering from this , please solve my problem Asus

  • You should try the following once to check whether the issue gets resolved or not :

    1. Keep using your phone until the battery charge gets down to zero% and let the phone switched off.
    2. Once switched off, plugin the charger and keep charging the phone without turning the phone ON.
    3. Keep charging until you see the charging light turns Green.
    4. Once charging light turns Green, Power On your phone but do not unplug the charging cable or do not switch off the plug switch.
    5. While turning on, once the Asus logo shows up, unplug the charging cable from the phone and once the Home screen shows up, keep the phone idle for next 10 minutes and do not use it during that time.
    6. The above mentioned steps should fix your issue.
    7. Also, try charging the phone during night time when environment is a little cooler.
    8. Also, try plugging the charger in a different plug point of a different switch board. You may also try changing the charging cable with another one if you have any excess charging cable with micro usb port.
    9. If the problem still persists, then you have to visit the service center to follow up with service center agents once the lockdown is lifted.

My phone also suddenly restart and stuck on asus logo ,when visited to service center after flashing manier times but no genuine solution to anyone in serve ce centre too .service centre directly give a motherboard issue which cost around 11000 so it is waste of money ,and asus do it by self by generating a bug in updates

Well, I had same problem after I installed an update of 140 MB.

Then, I downloaded an update from ASUS website for the phone, of around 1.6 GB.

I copied the update zip file to memory card.

Inserted it in the phone, and went to Recovery Mode (By pressing Vol. Down + Power, till ASUS logo appears)

There, I selected 'Install Update From External Storage', and chose the update zip file. And Waited like 10 minutes. And Boom! The phone started working.

I hope, this works for you too.

Hey, which update did you choose?

And are you having issues with Power button??

Because apparently my phone had the same bug but I am able to turn it on and use it as usually except using power button (so to unlock I use gesture)

Could you please then type the name of this update and how could I install it on my phone when I can use it? Probably it will wipe off my data so I can backup this thankfully.

I just googled 'asus max pro m2 update', the first link will take you to that 1.57 GB update, under 'BIOS and Firmware' category.

It has just been 8 hours since I recovered my phone with that method, the phone is working fine. (no issues with Power button, as of now)

Actually I updated it, but now it turns off itself after a while...

Anyone knows how to check update that I had before this?? I installed it via settings so maybe there is something

And how could I downgrade my upgrade then?? Please..

  • jadi bagaimana solusinya ini, apalagi saat seperti ini kerjaan semua itu mengacu pada sosial media kalau tidak punya hp itu sangat susah. mohon kejelasannya...
