Unable to change ringtone - Issue

Dear moderator,
Need you help to fix my problem. I already do this a lot. restart phone and do again..still same not change at all. Below are short video about the issue

Maybe it doesn't like the encoding used your MP3 files. Download one of these songs and try to set it as a ringtone
