Touchpad issue

Hi, i have a similar problem ... see youtube video..

when the computer warms up you cannot work with the touchpad but it takes an external mouse. I downloaded the drivers from the asus website. I updated the BIOS firmware to v. 309. Have any of you had the same problem?
