Brother who's got new handset or swap or motherboard free, still on guarantee or what?
I have same problem here, I went to service center. service center suggest me to change the motherboard with the cost nearly the same as the new one's. because my guarantee time is over (I've been used my device without any probem for 1 year 4 months and then suddenly it restart by itself and stuck on the logo while I'm on instagram, my guarantee just for 1 year),

..yeah we all facing same, these guys dont accept there flows,,especially service center guys,, other on social they say we know all that and working on this issue, nd nobody need to pay for this..but when u reach service center these things r diff,,
bro dont pay anything to these guys,, call tollfree no..nd connect with them ask right now.. see twitter handle that will help u

Guys first you need to do is send a mail to asus offical and Dm them in twitter and also call the toll free number asus customer care tell your problem,every one try to submit your phone in asus center before july 14
Hello, I am having same issue with my ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M2 stuck at ASUS Logo and only go to CSC FASTBOOT MODE but nothing else happening. Can you tell me how did you get a resolution to this problem or you changed your handset.
Do not get your hope in ASUS. It's better to just sell your M2 for any price and never buy ASUS again than fix it in service centre because even ASUS cannot give a damn thought of solution they can only tell you to change the whole machine motherboard with new for same prices as new unit LOL for ASUS the Godforsaken ,,
"They broke you're phone with the fota patch android update which kill the IC on motherboard then you must pay again to be able use you're phone again "
What's the IC on motherboard? Because I actually have been through this problem that my phone didn't want to power on, but I managed to turn it on by clicking buttons and actually it works even well but still can't use power button because then my phone will again shutdown. Do you think if I downgrade phone to version before this problem started power button will work?
I got an email that your handset will be replaced for one time on free of cost basis. Today I'm going to the service center. I will show the case no to them and the email. Let's see what happens next.
They were not accepting my device even after I showed them the email from the Asus team. They said that 'Your warranty was over in December 2019, I cannot do anything now, it's too late. If your warranty would have expired during lockdown we could have accepted it but your warranty got expired in December' . I called the customer care and handed over to the person at the service center. Then also he denied. After that, the customer care said that we are forwarding your concern to the higher authority and they will contact you within 3 days. I came back home and the next day I got a call from Asus team and they asked me the service center that I visited and the name of the person who denied. They said that this is my number, you go to the service center again and if they deny just call me and hand it over to the person at the service center. The next day I visited the service center again, they again denied. I called at the number and gave it to the service center person. After a few minutes of chat he agreed and took my phone. They gave me a Asus Product Service form. They said if the appeal is approved we will replace the motherboard. Till now I'm waiting for the call from the service center.
I have done nothing literally, just played PUBG and started streaming YouTube. Suddenly, it's switched off on its own and not turning on? I don't think playing PUBG is the cause as I use GREENIFY to hibernate all apps running from background and regularly wiped cache for smooth gaming.
Most probably it's a trick to earn money from customers as the service centres only rebuild the firmware and we can't repair outside.
My phone stuck at logo .I contacted [email protected] , Asus india on twitter and fb..They call back me and sent mail to one time free service i submitted mobile at hyderabad service center on 31 July .2020.if any one got same problem contact Asus..

Any update on what happend, facing same problem stuck on logo showed in service center they say your motherboard is damaged.

Catch toll free number and call to them before submit mobile at service centre..All the best..
