hi,

i have a ASUS Vivobook F570zd laptop. in task manager it shows that only 6.9 GB is usable and 1.1 GB is hardware reserved memory which seems unusual because my friend has only 90mb as hardware reserved memory.

i have tried all the below methods yet no change:

-- msconfig

-- paging file

-- advanced system setting

Comments

  • Is your friend using same laptop model ? are you sure ?

disable secureboot and then Disable all hyper V features in windows features options.

    enable secureboot

    enable Virtualization-based security .

processor have 8 cores , so HRM might be increased.
