Frequency of Occurrence: (growtopia) 1-6 days/(mobile legends) 2-3 in a week

Keeps Freezing while playing a game i tried factory reset and unistall app doesn't work it keeps freezing it happens 1-6 times as for mobile legends some time freeze in the middle of the game

Hi pubgowen123, Please try reinstalling the apps and check again. If the problem still appears, please provide your firmware version: Settings > System > Advanced > About phone > Build number Please provide the Mobile Legends/Growtopia version.
