Hello . I have installed the ww version of android 10 to my zb602kl phone witch is compatible to . The system is really snappy and stable and a lot better than pie , but there are some problems and they are:
* The sound quality with headphones is really awful
* The phone vibrates when unlocking with fingerprint , it s annoying and i was not able to remove it
* The phone takes so much time to charge
* The botton that prevents screen from rotating while watching YouTube is missing
* People were telling that they can't play pubg in hd anymore . I tried call of duty mobile and i think that the game overall resolution is lowered . Look at spaces in the picture , they exist in game too .

the microphone is giving problem! any suggestions for correction ??
when sending audio through wathsapp I almost have to put the phone in my mouth, it happened after the update to Android 10.
This issue started occuring months ago , it is not not new . When calling someone only using apps ( like WhatsApp , Facebook messenger .... ) The other person hears my voice low and twice (echo) . Hope it will get fixed too

About ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M1 encountered the issue of no fingerprint option after the firmware update to Android 10, in order to keep the security of your data and private information, please use the pin/password/pattern/face recognition to lock screen instead of fingerprint.
If the current experience is affecting your normal use, we would recommend you downgrade to Android 9.

How long does it take to charge to 100%?
Are you using the original adapter?

I forgot to mention that accent color returns to default sometimes after restart

* I was able to solve charging problem . When it shows charging slowly , i let it charges and restart the phone then it shows : charging rapidly
* The botton i was talking about is a new feature that it should come with android 10 . It is Not a feature that existed in previous firmwares and disappeared
* I play call of duty constantly therefore it is allways up to date . Conserning pubg , i installed it and i can confirm that high frame rate was removed as the picture shows . And when i try to select HD it tells me that this feature is not available for my device yet . Thank you
* Security patch downgraded to november
* Play store shows that device is not certified

After the relevant team's confirmation, the vibration during fingerprint unlock is an Android 10 original design.
Units vibrating when executing fingerprint unlock, either correct or not recoginzed, is a default behavior of Andriod 10 ASOP system.To preserve system performance and stability, we would keep ZenFone Max Pro M1/M2 current main functions to align AOSP system.We apologize for any inconvenience caused and your valuable advice will be included in future design and optimization considerations.

A new firmware update version WW-17.2017.2004.424 has been released.
We have improved the problem of the accent color and the sound quality.
