If users encounter Bluetooth issues in WW- 100.10.107.36, we would suggest that users follow the steps below to improve the problem:
1. Download and open the APK: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/ZenFone/ZS620KL/bt_tool.apk
2. If it shows "false", this indicates successful modification.
3. Reboot your phone and reconnect it to your Bluetooth device.
The further improvement for the Bluetooth issue is under investigation.

Please clear storage of Google Play Store, and check if the message has become "certified".
Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > Google Play Store > Storage & cache > Clear storage.

i rarely use anything but Bluetooth but can't recall alarms or ringtones doing this
app doesn't matter (spotify/youtube) as anything with sound causes crackling

A new firmware update version WW-100.10.107.46 has been released.
The silent issue when using Bluetooth to play music has been improved.
You may update to the latest firmware version by checking in Settings > System > System update.

2. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.
