    I already have a similar thread about this and check out their reply, its always the same reply I get when I complain about another problems relating to the software of this phone and I can say that, you will get the same reply I got from them. For me, they're just wasting the full potential this phone is capable of.

    If possible, please show us an original photo of the camera problem.
    Please also provide us the information as below:
    Rear/front camera, the ambient brightness, which camera mode, what camera settings( Screenshot the preview before you take the picture. Also, access the camera settings by tapping the upper right three dots and screenshot this page.)
    Please upload the original photo to ASUS WebStorage (https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/) and share the link with us.

    For battery problem, is the battery performance poor when using the phone or not using the phone?

  • Yeah... Asus should give user options to downgrade back to Android 8 as it's far more stable than Android 9 upgrade by Asus....
