Bluetooth connection

Model: ZE620KL
Firmware/APP Version: Don't know
Frequency of Occurrence: All the time
Rooted: No
APP Name: Bluetooth

My phone seems to have an issue locating my JBL Charge 3 Bluetooth speaker.
The speaker itself works fine, I connect it regularly with other devices, such as other phones, ipads etc. I go through the regular process of recognising new devices both on the speaker and the phone, and it just doesn't show up on the list of devices available to pair. I made sure no other device is connected on the speaker before trying to pair it with the phone.

Thank you

  • Hi youcantkillrocknroll,

Please try resetting your network settings and try again. (Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth)
Please try clearing the memory of the previously connected device.
Please provide your firmware version: Settings > System > About Phone > Software information

    Thank you :)
