Android Q upgrade: no audio when I answer a call

Hi, after the OTA upgrade to Android 10 Q I've encountered a lot of bugs.The following are the most serious issues:
1) No audio in both direction when I answer a call. No problem when I start the call.
2) Play Store crashes 15/20 seconds after opening.
Already tryed to clear the PlayStore app cache and data.
I need support ASAP. Needless to say, not being able to answer calls is unacceptable.
Is there a way to downgrade to Android 9 without losing the European warranty?

1) Have you checked with the carrier about this?
Is your SIM card functioning normally in other phones?
Does this problem appear when you are speaking with microphone/ speaker mode/headphones/ bluetooth?

To improve the problem of Camera & Gallery, please try:
1. Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > Tap the upper right corner three dots > Show system
2. Find "Media Storage" > Storage & cache > Clear Storage > OK
