Possuo o Asus Zenfone 2 Laser há 4 anos e nos últimos meses me começou a dar uma certa dor de cabeça. Começou com o sistema parando de funcionar, onde eu ligava o celular e ficava num loop infinito a tela de loading. Consegui resolver no dia seguinte, usando o fastboot e instalando a ROM oficial disponível no site da Asus, sem necessidade de root nem nada. Depois disso, passei a usar a versão do android 5.0, que realmente funciona melhor no Zenfone 2 Laser. Após um tempo, ele começou a dizer que todas as operações tinham parado de funcionar e depois disso passou a dar o erro "E: failed to mount / cache" e para piorar, agora apenas inicia no modo fastboot e trava, sendo necessário remover a bateria para que possa ser desligado. Alguém sabe de alguma possível resolução para este problema? Gostaria muito de continuar usando meu Zenfone 2 Laser.

It's been using the Zenfone 2 Laser for 4 years and in the last months it has giving me some kind of headache. It started from the system stop running and getting stuck in the boot load screen. I could solve this problem in the next day, by using the fastboot method intalling the oficial ROM available on the ASUS website, without using root or anything. I started to use the 5.0 version of the android on my phone and it really performs better with the Zenfone 2 Laser. After a while, he started to close the apps saying that it has stopped running and when I rebooted my phone, it wasn't possible anymore to boot it again, getting stuck in the same load screen. In the bootloader, he was showing me the message "E: failed to mount / cache" and now it doesn't even starts the bootloader, It only boots in the fastboot screen and get stuck on it. How could I fix it?
