Audio wizard treble and bass not working

Hi, may i know how to enable treble and bass?? even im using headset or earphone also cannot to enable it

How can you not have it its a default app by Asus.
Or did you disabled it?

Yeah, mine is the latest one but still cannot enable treble and bass even im using headphone and earphones.

That bug has been reported a long time ago now it only works using the phone speakers now. Al we can do is wait for Pie and hope it got fixed
