Why i cant update my phone? Is this upgradable to marshmallow to pie? I try to check update but after to check update, it stop. Pls help me thank you all!

First or second week of December maybe, because Asus Zenfone 5z just had it's fourth beta(zenui 6 beta based on Android 10) launched a week ago so they will need some time to make it functional for everybody.
