I'm having trouble installing apps, ZenUi stops working every time I download something from Google play.
I already tried the factory reset phone and the problem continues.

We would suggest that you try clearing cache & data and check again: Settings > Apps & notifications > See all apps > ASUS Launcher > Storage & memory > Clear cache & storage.
