Pubg multitouch issue

Frequency of Occurrence: Always
Rooted: No
APP Name: Pubg

Whenever i play pubg if i touch two fingers sametime like focus and shoot, screen starts flickering,cant control focus.Sometimes ghost touch also occurs.Plz help me. I spent all my money to buy this phone. I updated to latest oreo but same problem. Again got back to oreo but no change. Plz help

    We would suggest you update to the latest version of Android Pie and check if the problem appears again.

    If the problem still appears in the latest firmware version WW-90.11.162.72, please tell us your PUBG version, and show us a short video fo the problem. This could help us look into the problem greatly.

  • Thanx for ur reply.I just checked my touch with multi touch app.It shows whenever i touch 2 points there is a ghost touch right in the middle of those 2 points. I checked several times but same. I think thats why i cant focus while running and shooting. And i uodated to latest pie but same.

    We will suggest you reinstall the app that has this problem and check again.
    If the problem still appears, please tell us whether it appears in other apps as well.
    If the problem appears in other apps, we would suggest you back up your files, and bring your phone to your local service center for a further examination.
