Hi, I cannot get my laptop to access the internet through my Asus ZenFone 5z via wifi, usb or Bluetooth. Can someone help please,? Thank you.

Hello flashfire.cypher, Good day. Does this problem appear under the safe mode? In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded. For instructions, please refer to the link below: http://www.asus.com/zentalk/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=3105&highlight=safe%2Bmode Please also help me reset the network settings for a check. (settings> reset uptions> reset WiFi, mobile & Bluetooth) Thank you.
