Hello, hope this message finds you well. I got a problem. I got Asus Zenfone 4 Selfie ZD553KL, I mainly use it for listening to music, I am using Airpods with it. And the music app - Poweramp. Lately since roughly around Febuary / March the volume is low, even at max level. Now is only when listening to music. I dont use bluetooth to make phone calls. I tried wipe cache and safe mode. Doesnt fix the problem. Any idea how to fix the problem? Regards

Hi johndoeuanon, Are you using the paid version of Poweramp? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.maxmpz.audioplayer.unlock Does the volume appear low with other Bluetooth devices? Does the volume appear low with default app settings? Please tell me your firmware version and app version. Firmware version: Settings > System > About Phone > Software information App version: Settings > Apps & notifications > App info > Poweramp > version Thank you 🙂
