Zenfone MAX M2
I bought this one 2 or 3 months ago. It was fine and good in general. But in the early April, right after I installed updates as suggested, it started to act up.
Asus service center helped to change a mothboard, as the guy working there said. However he said the problem lies in the touch screen.
Was fine after I had it back, but started to "control itself without my fingers" XD What should U do?

boot the phone into recovery mode , wipe cache partition
reset the settings of "settings application" only
Do you mean the problem is still appearing after changing the motherboard?
Could you show me a short video of the problem?
- To share videos, please upload it to ASUS WebStorage (https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/) and share the link with us.
Is the problem the same as before RMA?
What is your current firmware version?
* Find the firmware version in Settings > System > About phone > Build number
Thank you
