APP Name: The phone itself

Hi. My data doesn't work when my phone is locked/sleeping. I don't get any messages from online apps. I didn't have this problem before, after a firmware update, the option for letting the phone to connect to network while locked was removed. Please help me solve this problem. Thanks.
