Does this happen with the front camera or rear camera?
What are your camera mode and settings?
Please screenshot
1) the display after you open the camera, before you shoot the picture
2) top left corner "settings"
Please screen record and show me a short video of the process of shooting the picture, then photo processing and becoming blurred.
To share videos, please upload it to ASUS WebStorage (https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/) and share the link with us.
Thank you for your help
Good day, I would like to inform you that I am having the same issue with my camera recently. For some reason the quality of my camera becomes worst to the point that I don't use it during our event gatherings. I tried to reset the setting to it's default settings but nothing happens. Same issue with Mr. Antbez0, when you click to capture, it will process for a while then the quality of the picture becomes blurres. Hope you can help me with this issue. Thank you.
